Cersei needs an opening on the Kingsguard for Ser FrankenGregor, yeah? And Arys Oakheart was adapted out (even though we saw him on the boat to Dorne in S2). Now, it's possible that LSH will kill Jaime, but I admit that even having her pop up is a bit of a longshot prediction - and by the way, WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SCENE WHERE JAIME BURNS CERSEI'S LETTER? THAT WAS A BURNING THAT WAS ACTUALLY IN THE BOOKS, DAMMIT! Anyway, Cersei needs a spare white cloak, so that means Ser Meryn has to go. So Arya will kill him, Jack'n Hagar* will find out, and she'll wake up blind.
*That's not how you pronounce Jaqen H'ghar, dammit.
