No that doesn't work. Whatever he is now, I can't forgive Theon. So I can't say "he's alive" is good news. Not that he'd think so at this point either.
Okay so Theon has been tortured to insanity and back, is minus a couple of fingers, eating the occasional rat, and here to show us what the most evil son of a bitch in the entire series is up to. I'm still waiting to see what the deal is with this marriage between Ramsay and a girl pretending to be Arya Stark.
Meanwhile even further north, Bran and company are nearly killed before meeting a Child of the Forest and then the last greenseer. It looks like his plot might actually finally be going somewhere. Then I look at the online chapter listing and discover he's got exactly one more chapter in this book. Hurrah.
